“Remnant 2” has quickly become one of our favorite games this year, and it has already received several patches that add quality-of-life improvements and technical fixes. Now, Gearbox Publishing and Gunfire Games have announced the first major DLC, titled The Awakened King.
In this new DLC, players can enjoy a fresh storyline about the “One True King” and his quest for revenge. You’ll explore new dungeons in the Losomn region, face off against new bosses and enemies, and get your hands on new weapons and items. Plus, there’s a new player archetype called the Ritualist, who specializes in inflicting heavy damage through status effects.
The Awakened King will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S starting November 14, priced at $9.99. It’s also part of the DLC Bundle, which includes all three upcoming DLC packs for the game.
