Electronic Arts and Codemasters have officially announced F1 24, the newest addition to their Formula One racing game series. The game will be available for current and previous-gen consoles, as well as on PC. With pre-orders now open, we have some technical details, including the official system requirements for F1 24.

These requirements are pretty detailed, even though they don’t specify target resolutions or framerates. To play the game on high settings with ray-tracing, you’ll need an RTX 3070 paired with a Ryzen 5 2600X. If you’re okay with lowering some settings but still want ray-tracing, an RTX 2060 with a Core i5-9600k will work. For high settings in VR without ray-tracing, an RTX 2070 will be sufficient. You’ll also need 100 GB of storage space and 16 GB of RAM.

You can pre-order F1 24 on PC through Steam, the Epic Games Store, or the EA app.
F1 24 Release Date
The game launches on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on May 31, 2024.
