Frank Stone System Requirements Unveiled: Official Details Released

Supermassive Games has been on a hot streak, releasing various narrative-driven horror games with multiple publishers over the past decade. Their latest horror adventure, unveiled at The Game Awards 2023, is called The Casting of Frank Stone and it’s set in the world of Dead by Daylight. With the Steam page now live, we’ve also got details on The Casting of Frank Stone’s system requirements for PC.

The Casting of Frank Stone System Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
– OS: Windows 10/11 (64 Bit, 1909 revision or higher)
– Processor: Intel Core i5-8400 / AMD Ryzen 5 1600
– RAM: 12 GB
– GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070Ti / AMD RX5700 or similar
– Storage: 70 GB

Recommended Requirements:
– OS: Windows 10/11 (64 Bit, 1909 revision or higher)
– Processor: Intel Core i5-12400F / AMD Ryzen 5 5600
– RAM: 16 GB
– GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 / AMD RX6800 or similar
– Storage: 70 GB

The developers haven’t revealed the target resolution or framerate just yet. However, these requirements are a bit higher compared to their previous major release, The Quarry. If you want to play at higher settings, you’ll need something like an RTX 3070 paired with a Ryzen 5 5600.

If you’re fine with lowering some settings, an RTX 2070Ti should suffice. This GPU is still pretty powerful and handles 1080p gaming quite well. Additionally, the game requires 16 GB of RAM and 70 GB of free storage space.

We’re looking forward to learning about the PC-specific features the game will offer at launch. The Quarry performed well on a range of systems, and we’re hoping for a similar experience with this title.

You can now add The Casting of Frank Stone to your wishlist on Steam or the Epic Games Store. The game is slated for release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S in 2024.

While you’re here, you might want to check out the system requirements for other upcoming titles, such as Path of Exile 2.
