Design

We’ve already reviewed the soundbar on its own, and we were impressed by its sleek look. It’s stylish, thanks to its mesh design and minimal branding. Now, let’s focus on the subwoofer. If you think all subwoofers look the same, think again. Majority’s subwoofer stands out with its subtle branding, giving your TV room a premium vibe. It has a sleek black finish that blends into the background, letting the powerful bass do the talking. The build quality is high, with no signs of creaking or wobbling. Its matte black finish pairs perfectly with the soundbar, making your room look and sound luxurious.

Sound Quality

The Majority Sierra Plus is one of the few affordable audio solutions that feature Dolby Atmos. You get more than your money’s worth with its loud and clear sound. The soundbar alone was impressive with 280 Watts, but the subwoofer pushes it to a total of 400 Watts, delivering thrilling bass without being too overwhelming. Even at full volume, the subwoofer didn’t produce any crackling. While the neighbors might not appreciate the booming sound, we sure did! With Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound, you can hear sound coming from all around you, which is hard to find at this price.

Movie Performance

We previously reviewed the soundbar for gaming, but how does the Sierra Plus handle movies with the subwoofer? From action sequences to horror films, the added bass gives a punch that the soundbar alone couldn’t provide. While the surround sound quality didn’t change much, the subwoofer’s bass was hard to pinpoint directionally. Pre-set options for different viewing experiences are available and worth checking out. In our last review, we noted a lack of bass in the soundbar, which the subwoofer has now fixed. The default sound is crisp with a strong bass, but you can tweak it to your liking.

Overall, the Majority Sierra Plus offers an enhanced audio experience, making it a standout choice at its price point.
